My journey has been shaped by my experience in teaching and directing, and I now apply my skills to a leadership role connecting individuals to opportunities within the Green Industry.
As a former Theatre Teacher and Director, I built impactful relationships with students, families, and communities. I established a thriving Theatre program at a Title I school and led productions showcasing my students' creativity. In my current role as Workforce Development Manager at TNLA, I focus on expanding access to educational and professional pathways by managing strategic partnerships and developing outreach initiatives.
Resourcefulness, relationship-building, and a commitment to lifelong learning are the cornerstones of my professional philosophy. Whether I am in the classroom, on stage, or in a management role, I strive to create meaningful connections, cultivate a collaborative environment, and contribute to the success of my team.
